At THB Detail, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our services are provided with care and attention to detail, and we strive to deliver the highest quality results. Because car detailing is a service-based business, refunds are limited.

Completed Services: We do not provide refunds for services that have already been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Deposits: If a deposit is required for booking, it may be refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed time frame.

Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in cases where a service could not be performed due to business error.
